Merchant Service Provider Bills Customer. Notwithstanding Section 6.1, if Customer is to be billed by a Merchant Service Provider for some or all of the fees associated with Transaction Services, Customer shall pay the Merchant Service Provider in accordance with the terms mutually agreed upon between Customer and such Merchant Service Provider.
