Common use of MEMORANDUM OF MASTER LEASE Clause in Contracts

MEMORANDUM OF MASTER LEASE. Concurrently with the execution of this Lease, Lessor and Lessee are executing the Memorandum to be recorded in the applicable real property records with respect to each of the Properties. Further, upon Lessor's request, Lessee agrees to execute and acknowledge a termination of lease and/or quit claim deed in recordable form with respect to each of the Properties to be held by Lessor until the expiration or sooner termination of the Lease Term.
