MEMBERSHIP IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY REGULATORY AUTHORITY. The Fund recognizes that the Distributor is now a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and in the conduct of its duties under this Agreement the Distributor is subject to the various rules, orders and regulations of such organization. The right to determine whether such membership should or should not continue, or to join other organizations, is reserved by the Distributor.
