Common use of Member’s Right to Require Audit Clause in Contracts

Member’s Right to Require Audit. Any one or more of the Members shall at any time have the right, by giving written notice to the Company, to require the financial statements of the Company to be audited by a certified public accounting firm selected by the Members. If the request is made by a Majority-in-Interest of the Members, the expense of the audit shall be borne by the Company; otherwise, the Member or Members requesting the audit shall bear the expense of such audit.
