Member Training. Each Member shall participate in training in the Sector’s business rules prior to fishing during the 2010 fishing year. Such training shall be led by the Sector Manager and may involve other qualified persons as determined by the Board. Upon completion of such training, the Business Manager shall notify NMFS in writing.
