To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Member and Member’s guests shall hold FITNESS HOLDINGS NORTHEAST, LLC harmless from any loss, theft, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability (“Damages’) incurred as a result of the use ofof a FITNESS HOLDINGS NORTHEAST, LLC facility and any other membership activities, except such Damages which result from the negligence of FITNESS HOLDINGS, its affiliates, agents or employees.
