Common use of Member Right to Petition Clause in Contracts

Member Right to Petition. (a) Nothing herein shall deprive any Member of the right to petition FERC to modify any provision of this Agreement or any Schedule or practice hereunder that the petitioning Member believes to be unjust, unreasonable, or unduly discriminatory under Section 206 of the Federal Power Act, subject to the right of any other Member (a) to oppose said proposal, or (b) to withdraw from the LLC pursuant to Section 4.1.
