Common use of Member Planned Outages Clause in Contracts

Member Planned Outages. Hedera must approve all planned scheduled maintenance. At least 15 calendar days in advance, a Member shall notify Xxxxxx’s DevOps team of scheduled downtime for maintenance or upgrades during which time the Node will not be available to process transactions on the Hedera Network (“Scheduled Maintenance”). Scheduled Maintenance will not exceed more than three and 1/2 (3.5) hours per month (99.5% scheduled availability).
