Common use of Member Dues Clause in Contracts

Member Dues. The Members, including Permanent General Jurisdiction Members, W&S Members, and Other Members, shall provide funds to the Authority pursuant to a dues structure as set forth in the Bylaws, the amount of such dues for the following calendar year to be determined by the Board by no later than July 31 of the then-current calendar year, and by such fees, rates, and charges for functions, services, or facilities provided by the Authority, as determined by the Board. The Authority may ▇▇▇ any Member to recover unpaid, past-due annual dues, as provided for herein.
