Meetings of the Oversight Committee. The Oversight Committee shall meet annually on the second Thursday of May or June and may meet in as many specially called meetings as necessary. Any member of the Oversight Committee may call a special meeting. The Oversight Committee shall be subject to the Sunshine Law and shall encourage public participation in its meetings. The Superintendent of Schools shall assign a staff member to publish notice and prepare minutes of the Oversight Committee’s meetings, which shall be retained by the School Board.
