Meeting Format. The meetings of the Labor-Management Committee are intended to be informal in nature. In an effort to maintain an atmosphere of free exchange of ideas and concerns, formal minutes of meetings shall not be kept; however, any agreements reached shall be reduced to writing.
Meeting Format. Every faculty meeting, every department meeting, and any other meeting that is called for the purpose of determining the opinion of an identifiable body of professional staff will have: 1. An agenda posted prior to the day of the meeting; 2. Minutes kept by a person other than the administrator (or his/her designee) running the meeting; 3. Approval of minutes from prior meetings of this body approved as the first order of business at the next meeting; 4. All decisions or opinions attributed to that body will result from a seconded motion that is voted on by the body. All absentees will be given the opportunity to register their vote on the matter(s) within a reasonable time frame, but prior to the next meeting of that body of teachers.
Meeting Format. Monthly MRC meetings will be held remotely unless determined by the Committee a hybrid meeting should be held. Remote meetings will be held via Zoom, with login information clearly displayed at the top of meeting agendas as well as on the MRC website.

Meeting Format. Meetings will be structured primarily to provide an opportunity for South Pacific ATS providers and airspace users to informally discuss problems that directly affect ATS within the region. In the interest of expediency, agenda items will normally be handled through oral discussions based on informal information papers and working papers prepared by originators of the agenda item. Such papers should be prepared and distributed in advance of the meeting, in sufficient time to allow the representatives of the Parties and other invited organizations to be able to provide considered input and responses at the meeting. In keeping with the informal nature of the meetings, the precise amount of time allotted to each discussion will be kept flexible. Recommendations outside the authority of ISPACG shall be recorded and forwarded to the appropriate ATS providers having jurisdiction in the matters concerned. Issues that have the potential to impact upon several States shall be forwarded to the ICAO APAC and ▇▇▇ Regional Directors.
