Common use of Meeting Coordination Clause in Contracts

Meeting Coordination. The Amendment-Additional Collaboration Target Working Group will meet at least once per quarter in person or via video conference or teleconference and more frequently whenever necessary and will meet in person at least twice a year. Isis and AstraZeneca will use commercially reasonable efforts to schedule meetings of the JSC and Amendment-Additional Collaboration Target Working Group to take place at the same location and on the same dates to maximize the use of each Party’s time, increase information sharing efficiencies and reduce the cost of additional travel, lodging and related expenses.
