Common use of Medical Staff Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Medical Staff Disclosure. Seller shall deliver to Buyer a written disclosure containing a brief description of any adverse actions by Seller taken against medical staff members or applicants of the Hospital during the past three (3) calendar years which Seller believes may reasonably be expected to result in claims or actions against Seller.

Medical Staff Disclosure. Seller shall deliver to Buyer a written disclosure containing a brief description of any adverse actions by Seller taken against medical staff members or applicants of the Acute Care Hospital or SNF during the past three (3) calendar years which Seller believes may reasonably be expected to result in claims or actions against Seller.

Seller shall deliver to Buyer a written disclosure containing a brief description of any adverse actions by Seller taken against to revoke staff privileges of any medical staff members or applicants of the Hospital Hospital, the SNF, or the Clinics during the past three two (32) calendar years which Seller believes may reasonably be expected to result in claims or actions against Seller.
