Medical Practice Data. After fulfilling its obligations set forth in Section 2.7 related to providing Medical Practice with a copy of the Medical Practice Data upon termination of this Agreement, EZDERM will have no continuing obligation to provide access to any Medical Practice Data, unless explicitly requested by Medical Practice and agreed to by EZDERM, which continued access may be subject to any additional fees and terms required by EZDERM. Medical Practice acknowledges that EZDERM does not prorate monthly invoices.
