Medical Limitation. (a) In the event of an Employee sustaining injuries at work or becoming affected by occupational diseases during the course of employment and becoming handicapped as a result thereof, the Company will endeavour to give the handicapped Employee such suitable employment as is available and for which the Employee is qualified and for which he is eligible by virtue of seniority.

(b) Any Employee who is restricted from regular duties due to a medical limitation will use his seniority to work in any occupation for which he is capable and able to obtain by virtue of seniority or Company assignment. Rate protection during change of work will not apply in this case.
