Medical Insurance Plan – Single Coverage. Effective July 1, 2019, the School District shall contribute a sum of not to exceed $5,941 per annum toward the premium for individual coverage for each full-time employee employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in the School District’s group health and hospitalization insurance plan. Effective July 1, 2020, the School District shall contribute a sum of not to exceed $6,000 per annum toward the premium for individual coverage for each full-time employee employed by the School District who qualifies for and is enrolled in the School District’s group health and hospitalization insurance plan.
