Medical, Health and Disability Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to receive all medical, health and disability benefits that may, from time to time, be provided by the Company to all employees of the Company as a group. To the extent permitted by such plans, the Company shall waive, or cause its insurers to waive, any applicable waiting periods under all such benefit plans and the Company agrees that any pre-existing condition clause in any of the Company's medical, health or disability insurance coverage shall not be applicable to Employee.
