Medical Checks. The employee may be required to periodically report to a City- selected and paid for doctor.

Medical Checks. 19.1. The Company at all times reserves the right to direct you, at the Company’s expense to undergo a medical examination from a medical practitioner nominated by the Company and reasonably agreed to by the Employee, where the Company has reasonable cause to suspect a medical condition that may compromise the performance of your duties or fitness to work, or the Company’s legal obligations under any legislation or at Common Law.

Medical Checks. All employees are required to pass a medical check by the Department of Labour Medical Unit. The employer is required to pay for this medical check.

It is the responsibility of the Employee to ensure that their medical is current. The cost of the medical will be covered by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. If an Employee has a serious medical problem that prevents them from working in their present position, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will endeavour to find suitable alternative duties. However, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is not bound to continue employment if suitable productive work is not available.

Medical Checks. 25.1 An Employee may be required to undertake medical checks during the course of his or her employment. 25.2 The Employer will reimburse an Employee for any costs associated with undertaking a medical check under this clause 25, which are not recoverable from a health fund.

The Company requiring Employees to undertake medical checks during a term of employment or requiring persons seeking employment to undertake a medical check as part of an interview process, shall reimburse all medical costs not recoverable from a Health Fund by the Employee or persons seeking employment.
