Common use of Medical and Other Related Benefits Clause in Contracts

Medical and Other Related Benefits. The Company shall provide the Executive with group disability and health insurance benefits, as well as holiday, and sick leave benefits, consistent with those granted to CEOs of companies of the size and nature of the Company. Executive will be eligible to participate in any deferred compensation plan adopted by the Company for its senior executives, provided that Executive’s benefits under any such plan will be consistent with those granted to CEOs of companies of the size and nature of the Company.
