Medical and Dental Insurance Benefits. In addition to Monthly Severance Payments, subject to the execution of a release as described in Section 6.3(a)(ii), Corporation will continue to provide or will arrange to provide (at Corporation’s cost) Executive with medical and dental insurance benefits substantially similar to those to which Executive was entitled as of the date of termination until Corporation’s obligation to make Monthly Severance Payments expires (without giving effect to any prepayment pursuant to the Outside Payment Date provisions of Section 6.3(a)); provided, however, that (i) if Executive is employed with another employer and is eligible to receive medical and dental insurance benefits under another employer-provided plan, Corporation’s obligation to provide the medical and dental benefits described in this paragraph will terminate automatically, and (ii) any payments or reimbursements from Corporation that are not exempt from taxation under Sections 105 or 106 of the Internal Revenue Code must be made by Corporation no later than the Outside Payment Date.
