Common use of Medical & 401K Benefits Clause in Contracts

Medical & 401K Benefits. The Company agrees that the Executive shall be entitled to participate in any retirement, 401K, disability, medical, pension, profit sharing, group insurance, or any other plan or arrangement, or in any other benefits now or hereafter generally available to executives of the Company, in each case to the extent that the Executive shall be eligible under the general provisions thereof.
