Mediation Results. a) If the mediation resolves the grievance, the Mediator shall provide the parties with a report outlining the settlement. b) If the mediation does not resolve a grievance, either party is free to continue proceedings to resolve the grievance. The time limits set forth may be extended by mutual consent of the parties.
