Medians. A median will be in addition to, not part of, the specified roadway. Medians shall be designed so as not to limit turning radius or sight distance at intersections. Landscaping and irrigation shall be installed when directed by the City Engineer.
Medians. Planted medians with street trees shall be required for Collector and Arterial streets in lieu of continuous two-way turn lanes.
