MedCo Development Plan. MedCo shall be responsible for all Development activities with respect to Licensed Products under the MedCo Development Plan and, as and to the extent mutually agreed by the Parties in writing, Alnylam will assist MedCo in such Development activities under the MedCo Development Plan. MedCo shall be responsible for one hundred percent (100%) of all costs and expenses with respect to such Development activities that are conducted by or on behalf of MedCo and, if agreed upon in writing by the Parties, all Costs with respect to such Development activities that are conducted by Alnylam after Phase I Completion pursuant to the MedCo Development Plan.
