Mechanical Failure. 8.1 The accountholder acknowledges that ATMs are a mechanical operation and as such its performance is outside the control of the Bank and may sometimes be retained card and / or the transaction cannot be made through the ATM. 8.2 The Bank reserves the right to allow withdrawal transactions through ATMs when they are not in direct communication with the central computer.
