Software availability will be calculated per calendar quarter, as follows: total – nonexcluded - excluded > 99.5% total - excluded Where: total means the total number of minutes for the quarter nonexcluded means downtime that is not excluded excluded means the following: o Any planned downtime of which Veeva gives 8 hours or more notice. Veeva will use commercially reasonable efforts to schedule all planned downtime during non-peak usage times (i.e., the hours from 6:00 p.m. Friday to Sunday midnight, U.S. Pacific Time). o Any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Veeva's reasonable control, including without limitation, a Force Majeure Event. o For purposes of the availability calculation, “downtime” means a measurement interval during which time the Software is not responsive to an automated request ("Monitoring Transaction") generated by Veeva's monitoring software. Measurement intervals for Monitoring Transactions are no more than five (5) minutes on a 24X7 basis. Monitoring Transactions used for the availability calculation include network and application availability requests. The monitoring process does not cover every feature of the Software. With respect to such features, Veeva will investigate any suspected availability problem reported by Customer or which it otherwise becomes aware of and take all commercially reasonable efforts to correct any such issues that can be verified by Veeva. o For any partial calendar quarter during which Customer subscribes to the Software, availability will be calculated based on the entire calendar quarter, not just the portion for which Customer subscribed.

The percentage of members 35 years of age and older as of December 31st of the reporting year who were hospitalized and discharged alive from July 1 of the year prior to the reporting year to June 30 of the measurement year with a diagnosis of acute myocardial information (AMI) and who received persistent beta-blocker treatment for six months after discharge. Tools to Assess Achievement Evaluators, project personnel and partners will implement assessment tools (educator effectiveness rubrics, state content exams, surveys) aligned to LIFE2 strategies to collect data. Analysis will link statistical relationships to outcomes. MEANING – Assess Outcomes, Verify Impact Data analysis will equip evaluators with indicators needed to draw conclusions / assess strengths and weaknesses. Interpretation of data will provide feedback that helps stakeholders make informed decisions about strategy effectiveness. The FORECAST model will provide evaluators, the Project Director and Advisory Board with feedback regarding the effects of specific program elements. Evaluation of LIFE2 using the FORECAST model will allow evaluators to address two critical questions (see below for description of Treatment / Control Groups): LIFE2 Research Questions Do LIFE2 schools receiving TSL funds (Treatment Group) measure greater student achievement gains than non-LIFE2 schools that do not receive TSL funding (Control Group)? Does TSL funding improve equity in education by improving student access to Exemplary educators in Targeted Support and Improvement schools compared to Control Group schools?
