Common use of MEALS ON WHEELS PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

MEALS ON WHEELS PROGRAM. American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Aging and Adult Services (AAS) will pay the Contractor in consideration of Meals on Wheels Program services rendered through ARRA funds. The maximum reimbursement through ARRA funds for the Meals on Wheels Program during the contract term July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 shall not exceed TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND FORTY-EIGHT DOLLARS ($23,048). Contractor agrees to the following:
