Meals During Emergency Work Situations. During emergency overtime situations, which extend over a period of four hours, the City shall make every effort to allow time for meals. If the emergency conditions or the location of the work site prevent the employees from leaving the work site for an adequate period of time, then meals shall be provided for the employees at City expense.
