Meal allowance and time Sample Clauses

The 'Meal allowance and time' clause defines the terms under which employees are entitled to receive meal allowances and specifies the conditions or timeframes for such entitlements. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria, such as working overtime or during specific shifts, and may set limits on the amount or frequency of the allowance. Its core function is to ensure fair compensation for employees who work extended hours, thereby promoting employee welfare and clarifying employer obligations regarding meal-related expenses.
