Mcf. The term "Mcf" shall mean one thousand (1,000) cubic feet of Gas measured at a base temperature of sixty degrees (60) Fahrenheit, and at a pressure base of fourteen and sixty-five one-hundredths (14.65) pounds per square inch absolute.
Mcf. 1,000 Cubic Feet.
Mcf. The quantity of natural gas occupying a volume of one thousand (1,000) cubic feet at a temperature of sixty degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees F) and at a pressure of fourteen and sixty-five hundredths pounds per square inch absolute (14.65 psia).
Mcf. One thousand (1,000) Cubic Feet of Gas.

  • PRODUCER Provide the producer’s name, address (including country), e-mail address and telephone number, if different from the certifier or exporter or, if there are multiple producers, state “Various” or provide a list of producers. A person that wishes for this information to remain confidential may state “Available upon request by the importing authorities”. The address of a producer shall be the place of production of the good in a CPTPP country.

  • Volumes The Authority gives no guarantees of volumes. Any volumes mentioned in this Contract, are indicative only and shall not be binding on the Authority.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Gas If Customer has selected a Gas Fixed Rate, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s), plus the Administration Charge, set forth in the Application, which includes RITERATE ENERGY’s compressor fuel and transportation charges, administrative and transaction costs and the Gas Balancing Amount and any Regulatory Charges (defined below).

  • Quantity If Seller delivers more than the quantity of Goods ordered, Buyer may reject all or any excess Goods. Any such rejected Goods shall be returned to Seller at Seller's risk and expense. If Buyer does not reject the Goods and instead accepts the delivery of Goods at the increased or reduced quantity, the Price for the Goods shall be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
