Common use of MCC Status Clause in Contracts

MCC Status. MCC is a United States government corporation acting on behalf of the United States Government in the implementation of this Compact. As such, MCC has no liability under this Compact, is immune from any action or proceeding arising under or relating to this Compact and the Government hereby waives and releases all claims related to any such liability. In matters arising under or relating to this Compact, MCC is not subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or other body of Vanuatu.

In matters arising under or relating to this CompactAgreement, MCC is will not be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or any other body in Georgia or elsewhere. For the avoidance of Vanuatudoubt, MCC shall be deemed to be a third party beneficiary under all Service Provider Contracts.
