Date of Entry into Force. This Compact shall enter into force on the date of the letter from MCC to the Government in an exchange of letters confirming that MCC and the Government have completed their respective domestic requirements for entry into force of this Compact and that the conditions precedent to entry into force in Section 7.2 have been met to MCC’s satisfaction.
Date of Entry into Force. This Compact will enter into force on the later of (a) the date of the last letter in an exchange of letters between the Principal Representatives confirming that each Party has completed its domestic requirements for entry into force of this Compact and
Date of Entry into Force. This Compact shall enter into force on the date of the letter from the United States, acting through MCC, to Zambia in an exchange of letters confirming that the Parties have completed their respective domestic requirements for entry into force of this Compact and that the conditions precedent to entry into force in Section 7.2 have been met to the United States’ satisfaction.
Date of Entry into Force. For France, Germany and Switzerland, the date of entry into force is the date of signature.
Date of Entry into Force. The Government shall notify MCC in writing when necessary internal Gambian procedures for this Agreement’s entry into force have been completed. Following receipt of this notification, MCC shall notify the Government in writing when MCC deems the conditions precedent to entry into force set forth in Section 8.2 have been met to MCC’s satisfaction and the United States’ necessary internal procedures for entry into force have been completed. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of MCC’s written notification to the Government. This Agreement, upon entry into force, shall prevail over the domestic laws of The Gambia, with the exception of the constitution, as a matter of Gambian domestic law.
Date of Entry into Force. This guarantee shall come into force upon its signature. If, on the date of its signature, the pre- financing has not been paid to the Beneficiary, this guarantee shall enter into force on the date on which the Beneficiary receives the pre-financing.
Date of Entry into Force. The Government agrees to notify MCC in writing when the Government’s necessary internal procedures for this Agreement’s entry into force have been completed. Following receipt of this notification, MCC agrees to notify the Government in writing when MCC deems the conditions precedent to entry into force set forth in Section 8.2 have been met to MCC’s satisfaction and the United States’ necessary internal procedures for entry into force have been completed. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of MCC’s written notification to the Government. This Agreement, upon entry into force, shall prevail over the domestic laws of Togo, as a matter of Togolese domestic law.
Date of Entry into Force. This Administrative Agreement shall enter into force at the same date with the Agreement.
Date of Entry into Force. This Amendment enters into force as of the last signature date below and is effective as of the date of its publication in the Register of Contracts. 5.
