Date of Entry into Force. This Compact shall enter into force on the date of the letter from MCC to the Government in an exchange of letters confirming that MCC and the Government have completed their respective domestic requirements for entry into force of this Compact and that the conditions precedent to entry into force in Section 7.2 have been met to MCC’s satisfaction.

Date of Entry into Force. The Government shall notify MCC in writing when necessary internal Gambian procedures for this Agreement’s entry into force have been completed. Following receipt of this notification, MCC shall notify the Government in writing when MCC deems the conditions precedent to entry into force set forth in Section 8.2 have been met to MCC’s satisfaction and the United States’ necessary internal procedures for entry into force have been completed. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of MCC’s written notification to the Government. This Agreement, upon entry into force, shall prevail over the domestic laws of The Gambia, with the exception of the constitution, as a matter of Gambian domestic law.
Date of Entry into Force. For France, Germany and Switzerland, the date of entry into force is the date of signature. For Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands the entry into force of this agreement is subject to individual confirmations sent to the signing administrations of this agreement. Until the entry into force of this this agreement for the concerned administrations, the GE06 Agreement is applicable. According to the GE06 Agreement, all stations of terrestrial systems capable of providing electronic communications services producing a field strength (50% of locations and 1% of time) at a height of 10 m above ground exceeding the value of 25 dBµV/m in the reference bandwidth of 8 MHz at the border line of any signing administrations, shall be coordinated with the concerned administration. Date of Entry into Force. This Compact shall enter into force on the date of the letter from the United States, acting through MCC, to Mozambique in an exchange of letters confirming that the Parties have completed their respective domestic requirements for entry into force of this Compact and that the conditions precedent to entry into force in Section 7.2 have been met to the United States’ satisfaction.
Date of Entry into Force. This guarantee shall come into force upon its signature. If, on the date of its signature, the [first] pre- financing has not been paid to the Contractor, this guarantee shall enter into force on the date on which the Contractor receives the [first] pre-financing.
Date of Entry into Force. This Administrative Agreement shall enter into force at the same date with the Agreement. Done and signed in two originals at Belgrade on 26. October 2009, in the Serbian, Turkish and English languages, all three texts being equally authoritative. In case of discrepancy in the interpretation, the text in English shall prevail.
Date of Entry into Force. 1. This Amendment forms an integral part of the Agreement to which it refers and shall enter into force on the date of signature last written below (the “Amendment Effective Date”), subject to it bearing the signatures of the representatives of the contracting parties.
