MC Logistics Services. The applicable MC4B Entity or MC Personal Entity (cumulatively, “MC Entity”) reserves the right to refuse to provide any MC Logistics Services if it determines in its sole and unlimited discretion that doing so would pose a risk to UPSI, its employees, its operations or any third party.
