Household Member Authorization Sample Clauses

The Household Member Authorization clause grants permission for individuals residing in the same household as the primary party to access or use certain rights, services, or benefits under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines which household members are covered—such as spouses, children, or dependents—and may specify any conditions or limitations on their participation. Its core function is to extend contractual privileges or responsibilities to household members, ensuring clarity about who is authorized and preventing disputes over eligibility.
