Mayor. Within ten (10) calendar days, the employee shall refer the grievance and all relevant material 29 concerning the grievance to the Mayor, who shall convene a meeting between himself, the grievant, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, 30 or other representative designated by the Union, the Director and such witnesses as may be deemed appropriate 31 by the parties within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the grievance. The Mayor shall respond to the grievance 32 in writing within ten (10) calendar days of the hearing. 33
