Maximum Usage. Licensee shall not use Software in excess of the amount licensed to Licensee, as specified in the Agreement, which may be on a per user, per concurrent active device, capacity or other metric as established under the Agreement.
Maximum Usage. Where Users are not using a Floating Licence, the Customer shall procure that each User shall not spend more than 30 hours logged into the cloud Product per calendar month. In the event that the average usage per User of the Customer exceeds the combined total allowance per calendar month, VUCITY shall be entitled to invoice the Customer for the additional use, as if the additional use constituted an equivalent number of additional users for the purpose of the Order Form and clause 5.2 of this Agreement. In the case of a Floating Licence this restriction shall not apply to any Users using this Licence.

This hourly rate shall be $74.77 per hour.

  • Excess Usage If during a Billing Period, In Energy is greater than zero (0), then Excess Usage for that Billing Period will be calculated. If Excess Usage is greater than zero (0), then for the Facility and any secondary account at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage will equal the value of Excess Usage and (ii) Unused Credits are equal to zero (0). If Excess Usage is equal to zero (0), then for the Facility and secondary accounts at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage is equal to zero (0) and (ii) Unused Credits are reduced by the value of In Energy, determined for that Billing Period, and that reduced value, in accordance with paragraph (C) Unused Credits of this Article IV, will remain for possible future application.

  • Maximum Credit Patheon's liability for Active Materials calculated in accordance with this Section 2.2 for any Product in a Year will not exceed, in the aggregate, the Maximum Credit Value set forth in Schedule D to a Product Agreement.

  • Maximum Drawing Amount The maximum aggregate amount that the beneficiaries may at any time draw under outstanding Letters of Credit, as such aggregate amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Letters of Credit.
