Maximum Unsecured Leverage Clause Samples

Maximum Unsecured Leverage. The Borrower shall not permit the ratio of (i) Unencumbered Real Property Value to (ii) total outstandings under Unsecured Indebtedness as of the end of any fiscal quarter of Borrower to be less than 1.75:1.
Maximum Unsecured Leverage. The Guarantor shall not permit the ratio of (i) Unencumbered Real Property Value to (ii) total outstandings under Unsecured Indebtedness as of the end of any fiscal quarter of Guarantor to be less than 1.75:1.
Maximum Unsecured Leverage. The Loan Parties shall not permit at any time the Unsecured Leverage Ratio to exceed 0.60 to 1.00; provided that such ratio shall be temporarily increased to 0.65 to 1.00 for four (4) consecutive fiscal quarters following a Material Acquisition.
