Common use of Maximum Unit Allocation Clause in Contracts

Maximum Unit Allocation. No part-time unit member shall be assigned more than a total of 67% of the hours per week considered a full-time equivalent workload for the semester except as specifically allowed by the Education Code with the approval of Human Resources. It is the intent of this section to apply the 67% calculation consistent with Education Code section 87482.5.
