Common use of Maximum Total Leverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Maximum Total Leverage Ratio. The Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter, beginning with the first fiscal quarter of 2009, shall not be greater than the ratio of 2.50 to 1.00.

Maximum Total Leverage Ratio. The Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter, beginning with the first fiscal quarter of 20092010, shall not be greater than the ratio of 2.50 to 1.00.
