Maximum Representatives Clause Samples
The Maximum Representatives clause sets a limit on the number of individuals or entities that one party may appoint or designate as its representatives under an agreement. In practice, this clause might specify that no more than a certain number of sales agents, negotiators, or other authorized persons can act on behalf of a party during the term of the contract. By establishing this cap, the clause helps prevent confusion, manage communication channels, and ensure that the other party knows exactly who is authorized to act, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized actions or miscommunications.
Maximum Representatives. Two (2) Union representatives shall be the maximum number who will be allowed concurrent time off.
