Common use of Maximum Number of Demand Registrations Clause in Contracts

Maximum Number of Demand Registrations. The Company is obligated to effect only two (2) such registrations pursuant to this Section 2.2. For purposes of calculating the number of registrations effected under this subsection 2.2(c), a registration shall only be deemed to have been effected if: (i) the registration statement filed by the Company pursuant to Section 2.2 is declared effective by the SEC and the Company thereafter complies in all material respects with its obligations under Section 2.5 with respect to such registration, and (ii) all Registrable Securities requested to be registered pursuant to Section 2.2(a) have been registered.
