Maximum-Load. Except to the extent approved in advance by Landlord in writing and subject to the other provisions of this Lease, Tenant will not (a) utilize more power than that specified in Sections 4.7 and 13.2 unless excess power is provided as described in Section 13.4, (b) install any equipment that will exceed or overload the capacity of any utility, electrical, HVAC, floor loading or mechanical facilities in the Premises or Building, or (c) bring into the Premises or install any utility, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical facility that Landlord does not approve in advance, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.
