Maximum Leverage Ratios Clause Samples

Maximum Leverage Ratios. Borrower will cause Allied to maintain at all times a ratio of its Consolidated Total Liabilities to its Consolidated Shareholders' Equity of not greater than 1.75 to 1. Borrower will maintain at all times a ratio of its Total Liabilities to its Shareholders' Equity of not greater than 1 to 1.

Maximum Leverage Ratios. Allied will maintain at all times a ratio of its Consolidated Total Liabilities to its Consolidated Shareholders' Equity of not greater than 1.75 to 1. Allied Credit will maintain at all times a ratio of its Total Liabilities to its Shareholders' Equity of not greater than 1 to 1.

Maximum Leverage Ratios. At all times during the term of this Agreement, CapitalSource shall maintain a Secured Leverage Ratio of not greater than 4.00 to 1 and a Leverage Ratio of not greater than 5.00 to 1.

Maximum Leverage Ratios. Total Leverage Ratio. Ratio of (a) Total Debt (as defined below) as of the date of determination to (b) EBITDA (to be defined) for the fiscal quarter most recently ended as of such date of determination multiplied by four ("LQA EBITDA") not to exceed levels to be agreed upon.

Maximum Leverage Ratios. The Loan Parties shall not at any time permit the Leverage Ratio, calculated as of the end of each fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters then ended, to exceed (ⅰ) 5.50 to 1.00 for the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2025 and (ⅱ) 2.25 to 1.00 for each fiscal quarter thereafter. For the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2025, the Loan Parties shall not permit the First Lien Leverage Ratio, calculated as of the end of such fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters then ended, to exceed 3.50 to 1.00.
