The Maximum Guests clause sets a limit on the number of individuals who are permitted to occupy or use a property or service at any given time. In practice, this clause specifies a maximum headcount—such as the number of people allowed to stay in a rental unit or attend an event—often to comply with safety regulations, prevent overcrowding, or protect the property. Its core function is to ensure that the property is used within safe and manageable limits, thereby reducing risks related to damage, liability, or violation of local occupancy laws.
MAXIMUM GUESTS. The maximum number of guests who are permitted to stay in the property is 4 people. If you allow more than the maximum number of people to stay in the accommodation, you may be liable to pay a supplement of up to 100% of the nightly accommodation charge in respect of each unauthorized guest and the booking may be terminated immediately with no refund.
MAXIMUM GUESTS. In accordance with the State Fire ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ restrictions, the maximum number of people in the Facility is 300. Amounts exceeding the maximum person count are strictly prohibited.
