Maximum District Contribution Clause Samples
Maximum District Contribution. The maximum amount of the matching contribution that the District makes for any employee during the employee’s lifetime will not exceed $20,000.
Maximum District Contribution. The amount the District shall contribute to any employee’s 403(b) plan shall not exceed Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) during the time of the employee’s employment with the District.
Maximum District Contribution. School District #44 will pay towards the premium as stated in Item A for the two-year period of the current contract. Maximum District Contribution. The parties agree that the maximum contribution by the District toward maintaining the current level of benefits for each unit member shall be $620 per month for each unit member until a mutually agreed upon change.
Maximum District Contribution. The amount the District shall contribute to any teacher’s 403(b) plan shall not exceed forty thousand dollars ($40,000.00) during the time of the teacher’s employment with the District. The amount the District shall contribute to any teacher’s post-employment VEBA plan shall not exceed thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) during the time of the teacher’s employment with the District.
