Maximum Credit Facility Amount Sample Clauses

The Maximum Credit Facility Amount clause sets a cap on the total amount of credit that a lender is obligated to provide to a borrower under a credit agreement. This clause specifies the upper limit of funds available, regardless of the borrower's requests or needs, and applies to all advances or drawdowns made under the facility. By clearly defining the maximum exposure, it protects the lender from overextension and provides certainty to both parties regarding the financial boundaries of the arrangement.
