Maximum Commitment. The Lender agrees to make certain funds available to the Company in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 in the aggregate (the “Maximum Commitment”), beginning on the Effective Date and for a period of one year thereafter (the “Term”) in accordance with the funding schedule and consideration set forth below.
