Maximum Building Height Sample Clauses
The Maximum Building Height clause sets a strict upper limit on how tall a building or structure can be constructed within a specified area or under a particular agreement. This restriction typically applies to new developments or renovations, and may reference measurements from ground level to the highest point of the building, including rooftop structures or mechanical equipment. By establishing a clear height cap, the clause helps maintain neighborhood character, ensures compliance with zoning regulations, and prevents disputes over excessive building heights.
