Maximum Banked Hours Banked hours from one contract year to the next shall not exceed one hundred percent (100%) of the faculty member’s annual load. Subsequent banked hours beyond the limitation shall be paid in full at the overload rate applicable at the time of banking at the completion of each academic year.
