Maximum and Minimum Interest Rates. A Note may also have a maximum numerical limitation that may accrue during any Interest Reset Period (a “Maximum Interest Rate”), and/or a minimum numerical limitation that may accrue during any Interest Reset Period (a “Minimum Interest Rate”).
